Hi, I'm Toni, BACP-accredited counsellor and psychotherapist based in Kidderminster, Worcestershire, offering both in-person sessions and online counselling across the UK.

 I provide a calm, supportive and confidential space where you can talk openly about what is happening in your life. I aim to help you feel heard, understood and accepted without judgement, while we work together at a pace that feels right for you.

 I have experience supporting people with a range of issues, including trauma, Anxiety,   Depression, Bereavement and loss, low self-esteem, stress, and family/relationship difficulties. I also work with clients who are navigating life changes or feeling overwhelmed by emotional challenges.

 My approach is relational and collaborative, focusing on building a trusting therapeutic relationship where you feel safe to explore your thoughts and feelings. I believe that counselling can help you develop greater self-awareness, strengthen coping strategies, and find a clearer sense of direction.

I understand that reaching out for support can feel like a big step, and I aim to make the process as comfortable as possible.
